All prices, except those listed in Australian dollars, are estimates based on the current day's exchange rates. Final payments are billed in Australian dollars and may therefore fluctuate if your local currency is not Australian dollar.
Although Kabarty attempts to ensure that ordered products are in stock, there may be occasions where products are not in stock and cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, Kabarty will contact you and give you the choice of a full refund or an alternative product that is in stock.
Kabarty operates from Australia and as such you agree that your purchase shall be governed by the laws of Australia. You agree that you submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts to resolve any dispute arising from your order.
Where products are shipped to destinations outside of Australia, you agree that any local taxes that may be incurred (for example, import duty) are to be paid by you, not by Kabarty. Kabarty will not accept responsibility for lack of delivery when such charges are refused.
