Shipping:
All packages are sent via Australian Post. Express Post & Sea Mail options are available also, please proceed through the checkout for final shipping costs.
Returns:
We recognise that ordering on the Internet, sight unseen, requires trust. If you're not satisfied, simply return the item in its original condition within two weeks of receipt, and we'll credit you for the full amount of the title (excluding shipping).
Please note that we do not accept returns on the following: New books containing software, CDs, DVDs, Cassettes, or other electronic media that have been opened.
Unopened CDs (still in their plastic wrap) are returnable within two weeks of receipt, in which case we will credit you for the full amount of the CD (excluding shipping).
